The staff there are wonderful and very encouraging while working out. Would stongly recommend if you're looking for fitness results
This is a fantastic gym! I love the group training classes with great people and the trainers are awesome. They take into account my goals and any injuries I have and modify the exercises for me if needed. I'm always looking forward to my next class.
Burwood east f45 were so welcoming & lovely! The trainers were knowledgeable & provided education. Great range of class times to accommodate shift workers. Have loved my experience!!
