Susie is awesome , very caring and full of shoe knowledge. She took her time to make sure I was fitted properly. She was also training Jackson and he’s going to do well under her tutoring. I’m now a F2R member and so glad this is the shop near me !
Jackson help me diagnose the issue with the gears on my bike, taught me how to adjust it, and even aired up the tires! Great customer service from this guy, and his team should be thankful for his expertise and swiftness!
Drove all the way there to find out they Closed an hour early , needs to update their info and hours of operation.
I went to the Fit2Run because I needed my brake pads replaced on my ebike and they told me they only do repairs on bikes that they sold there because of liability. Brake pad replacement isn't something that's gonna get them sued over. Will never go there again.
