My experience on 6/23 and 6/24/26 was great!…Elizabeth B greeted me promptly w/personality and was knowledgeable about the issues I was having and Susie the manager was equally as impressive when I came back the next day to address a small issue regarding fit!…definitely recommend this location and will return in the future !
On 6-17-26 Wednesday I came after work and was there a 5 minutes before closing I have really bad feet and heard that fit to run had Hookas. Susie was very nice and allowed me to take my time even though they were fixing to close she helped me to get a computerized diagram of my feet to make sure I had the right shoes she was very knowledgeable in this area she sold me choose an inserts. Susie is awesome , very caring and full of shoe knowledge. She took her time to make sure I was fitted properly. She was also training Jackson and he’s going to do well under her tutoring. I’m now a F2R member and so glad this is the shop near me !
Jackson help me diagnose the issue with the gears on my bike, taught me how to adjust it, and even aired up the tires! Great customer service from this guy, and his team should be thankful for his expertise and swiftness!
