Staff is great, had an inner tube pop on my bike and the breaks wear down and they fixed it all in a matter of days. This was midweek when they already had other bikes in the shop before mine as well. Can't say enough about the quality of work here, I'll definitely be back for repairs in the future.
Such great and energetic staff, will definitely be back!
I stopped at the store on Cortez on Friday 21st and was told my bike would be a quick fix maybe just a tube was never called on Saturday 22nd I called in the afternoon was told they would call me with the progress of the repair no phone call today Monday 24th I was told tech would make it his first job when he came in the afternoon I stopped to pick my bike up at 4pm and no one had even looked at it. I purchased a new tube and with try repairing it myself..
Sadly, I went here after reviewing the comments about what good service they provide. My wife and I have minor issues with each Lectric bike. Last week we stopped in and there were 3 people ahead of us. When it was our turn “the bicycle guy” Matt??? Looked at his computer and said he couldn’t get to it for a week.
