Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of products and vendors. Lots of Canadian made options! I found it well priced.

Very happy with the shopping experience at F2 and I love the sectional I bought! Sharon and all of the sales staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of problems along the way, damage in shipping for one (things happen!), but Kevin in the service department navigated the issues and kept me in the loop. Everything was solved to my satisfaction, and the customer service was great. Thanks to Kevin and Dennis! And a shout out to EQ3 - glad to have purchased from a Canadian manufacturer who stood behind their product.
