Went in to see loan officer and there wasn't anyone in there she was in training this week and was told we would have to go to Houston town office. We we didn't do that if you know you won't have one in there for a whole week then you need to see if you can have someone from another office be there. This bank is nothing but a joke! Husband had account there since he was 14 well that account is now closed cause of all the bull!

I recently disputed charges from a scam. The staff were nice but the information given was different each time I spoke with someone. I was told I would get my money back at first and then I didn’t and they changed their story. I called to stop transactions as soon as they took place and had paper filled out before the charges were done pending. I told them to block the charges and they didn’t. The staff and manager at the Mcconnellsburg office so very nice. When you go to the drive thru or inside the main lobby, the staff give you a very warm welcome. Once they know you, they address me as How are you today Mr Richards.
