They are a terrible bank. And this branch doesn't know anything. They kept telling me my husband isn't allowed on OUR daughters account because it's PA state law that only one parent can be on the account. When I talked with Members First the lady literally laughed and said that isn't true. Every bank I've talked to has said it's wrong. Oh and their back office is no help, theyre an absolute joke. Stay away. This bank is TERRIBLE. We closed our account and convinced 3 others to close theirs after what this bank did to us.
