FIled my taxes with Alberto (new) as Fozia retired, Alberto did not put my direct deposit information prior to submitting my taxes to the IRS, because of this the IRS is unable to give my refund with direct deposit. I now have to wait over 30 days for my refund to be mailed to me by the IRS, the whole point of using FM Financial was to obtain a refund quickly, requested my money back from Albero and he blamed it all on the IRS and declined reimburing my money back.
