Banks are the worst,Keep your cash safe. Left Bank of America due to scam. Let banker RAUL know that and was told that we will be paid $32 for going over and I acknowledged he acknowledged and now I’m being charged $32 over draft fee 6 times. He is now saying that sorry you “misinterpreted” after this was discussed in the process of opening the account and agreed on what we spoke on…asked if we can only be changed $32 once for the confusion on my end and his poor explanation.. 1 income… 4 person family and they just took $19... read more

these are the best people you will ever find. I say that because of my experience with them going from a beginner checking account holder, to being a home owner years later all through F & M bank. ive overlooked things before by accident and honestly just made mistakes on my part because of timing but they have 'always' covered me regardless. this is bigger than customer satisfaction like the commercials say.. this is family banking, and you know it when you walk in there. f & m lifer

Friendly place. Helpful. I have 2 accounts here but the only problem is the bank building is falling apart. You can see it from the drive-up area not from the street. Not professional. It's been like this for over a year. I keep expecting them to fix it. The shingles are falling off the walls & moss growing on roof.
