Had a good experience loading here. Flatbedders, do not get on scale until 7am. Loggers will scale earlier. Loading was fast. Overall good experience.
Horrible experience working with the shipper. The guy who confirms the loading of trucks is extremely racist. Even when someone speaks English but has a slight accent, he will cancel the load while you are in the office, which waste everyone's time and hurts their own business. When we spoke to him over the phone, he didn't explain exactly why he is canceling the load, besides saying that we don't speak English (by the way I was born in the US, so I can definitely speak English). I do not speak any Spanish, and I booked a driver to load at this facility directly over the phone. Apparently his English wasn't good enough for them though because they refused to load him. Would not load here unless English is your FIRST language or you'll have a very bad experience.
