Call this “company” to tell them my identity had been stolen. When they answer the phone they tell you the conversation is recorded. I had done my research and they are very unprofessional, so I also told them I was recording the call. I recorded the call. The woman that answered the phone said I was not supposed to record the phone call unless I was a business.
