It's 2025 and these clowns keep texting my phone like DM's are the way people handle their finances. Who ever runs this company is a clown.
Do not trust this company. I paid F.H. Cann & Associates in full on July 27, 2025 and I have official proof of payment. Despite this, only weeks later they sent me another letter demanding the exact same amount as if I had never paid. This is a blatant attempt at double collection and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Angelique Senota was rude when i called. I asked why they kept calling me and her response was, “um, again, we’re FH Cann and Associates”. Like how does that answer my question? Then after I asked if she heard me she said “uh yea we’re closed for the day” so I hung up. Like is she high or just rude naturally?
If I could leave a 0star I would. I spoke with Keith about my debt and he hung up on me! I was being polite and asking questions about my debt, he wasn’t happy with me wanting to call back with a decision, he said ok and hung up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This company forced me to wait 3 hours for a interview!!!!!! The speed test was done and was less than 25. I was then told that I was ineligible for employment because of the speed test. These speed tests can be done before hand!!!!!!!!!! How incredibly disrespectful of 3 hours!!!! our time!! I've been stolen from!!!!! What a experience, such cruelty and negligence!
