Call this “company” to tell them my identity had been stolen. When they answer the phone they tell you the conversation is recorded. I had done my research and they are very unprofessional, so I also told them I was recording the call. I recorded the call. The woman that answered the phone said I was not supposed to record the phone call unless I was a business. Do not trust this company. I paid F.H. Cann & Associates in full on July 27, 2025 and I have official proof of payment. Despite this, only weeks later they sent me another letter demanding the exact same amount as if I had never paid. This is a blatant attempt at double collection and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Angelique Senota was rude when i called. I asked why they kept calling me and her response was, “um, again, we’re FH Cann and Associates”. Like how does that answer my question? Then after I asked if she heard me she said “uh yea we’re closed for the day” so I hung up. Like is she high or just rude naturally?
