Initially the service was fine, however, I was bumped to one of the new accountants and it went downhill. The lack of communication put me in potentially compromising tax situation. I was uninformed on issues such as the need to pay quarterly or I would be fined, what the income tax brackets are so I could plan my business earnings accordingly, and, the verbiage used to explain simple tax concepts was too technical for someone who is not in an accounting or business profession.
