Frank is professional, thorough, and genuinely cares. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed or confused, which says a lot when it comes to taxes. Highly recommend.

After 5 weeks of hearing nothing back after many calls and emails, I went to their office. Turns out he never e-filed, even though I paid in full. He keeps promising he will do it, then another week goes by. I've had it! I just decided to mail them in myself. I'm now 6 weeks past April 15th. There must be penalties "or late fees. I am furious! UPDATE: It is end of June. IRS dot gov says: "Tax return not yet processed" I had planned to use my refund for my vacation - leaving in 3 days. Thanks a lot. Steer clear of this accoun... read more

Paid for my taxes to be completed. I signed them and paid. They were never filed. Called and left multiple voice mails and emails and they are not returning my phone call
