Tried setting up an account at UMB bank which im glad i didn't. Acted like i was applying for a visa to give them money. Came here after telling them to cancel my application and was helped by Kimberly S. She was amazing, very fast, detailed, efficient and no BS. Very customer focused and F&C is lucky to have good people like Kimberly.
