One star for overnight parking, one star for plenty of room for backing in, one star for being fast at unloading. The shipper specifically told us to not cut the seal, that only the receiver was allowed to cut it because of some ag regulation, but the "man" working here told my wife to cut it with a pair of bolt cutters that was way too small for the bolt. I cut it for her, but it definitely is their job, not the driver's. We cut seals regularly when receivers request it, but not when the shipper tells us to only have the cu... read more
