I hired EZZ LIFT to transport my mother from a rehabilitation facility to home. I called her and asked if they were nice etc. She was extremely happy and said that Diana was "sweet and wonderful".

I booked service through this non professional place. They accepted my appointment to transport my wheel chair bound Mother to my Father's funeral services. Then, later that evening (the night before the FUNERAL), they called me back and told me that they could not make the designated appointment time and asked if I could change to a later time. I didn't quite comprehend that they were asking me to push back the time of my Father's services that were being held the next day?? I honestly thought that the phone call was a joke... read more
