Great Team, but stand out service from Dion from the day we ordered our caravan to hand over! We are obsessed with our new van🤩
Great customer service and purchasing experience. Show room is great, with a large variety of vans/campers to look through. Upon purchasing, customer service has been fantastic. Tracey did a very detailed handover, answering all our questions.
The only reason for the 2 stars is that the camper is mostly fine, but I’ve had a fairly terrible customer service experience, firstly they lost my keys, still haven’t been given the shower box keys so can’t use it with a 4 trip coming up very soon, bearing caps always fall off, was promised to have all these things solved several times and never get anything, I did tell me just to send the parts and I will sort it out but they never actually do anything. Will never recommend or buy again
Big shout out to Dion in sales, went above and beyond to ensure we received our new Parkes 15 MK3 before Christmas. Dion spent time after hours doing our hand over making sure we knew everything about the van, even over the Christmas break he guided us through a few things we were unsure about. This van is amazing, everything works as it’s supposed to with so many features and it has been designed so well.
