Shockingly non existing customer sevice. They wouldn't even refund nor talk to me. Wasted $250 and nearly 2 months of my time.
I did my tax with these guys worst tax return ever the guy did not seem to know what he was doing did it on 30/8/24 and told it would take upto 2 weeks it was lodged with ATO on 12/9/24. My husband did his at same time with another worker at the same booth he got his tax back on 9/9 will not use again
These tax accountants took my tax return without my permission and has been nothing but a stuff around trying to get it back can’t answer calls can’t answer emails worst tax accountants I’ve ever dealt with. They admitted they take thousands of peoples tax returns and admitted they don’t return it till people call for it or the ato has sent them a receipt so they can refund it. I did one tax return online through the ato not even through this business and they have still taken it. Will not be recommending these guys to anyon... read more
