ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE… BEWARE IT COULD BE A SCAM Unfortunately, I filed my family taxes from these guys a while ago. Now, no one is answering to my emails or phone calls. We called ATO office to ask if tax has been filed and they don’t any records of our tax. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES.
Totally useless and charging too high.
