Customers please be aware of this company. They are SCAMMERS, I have suffered a long time waiting for my tax return. I was a victim of tax fraud at the Westfield Chermside booth, it has been a nightmare and I’m mentally exhausted fighting to get my money back, it’s impossible to get through to this company for answers. Thanks for doing absolutely NOTHING (Chloe) from head office, you definitely know how to hurt people.
I just used Ezytax Blue in Westfield, Chermside for the second time having been entirely happy with their service last year (after years with another tax agent). I so wish I'd known how good they are sooner. Same great service as last year—friendly, efficient, and good value. So pleased they set up in Westfield Chermside. I thoroughly recommend them—wherever they are!

Would give zero if I could. They were very quick to get me to name them as my tax agent and pay $998, then nothing. It's been 3 months and there is no one to call except a guy who occasionally answers and tells me how great they are as I continue to wait for a service with almost no contacts. I am lucky to get a reply after multiple attempts, Even the guy from the ATO had no luck when he tried to reach them and said he had never had that happen in his many years at the ATO> Avoid.
