I had a really disappointing experience here. The price displayed for a bottle of water was $4.99, but when I checked my receipt later, I was charged $11.59 instead. This is a huge price difference and feels very misleading. I didn’t notice at the time of payment, but customers should be able to trust that the price shown is the price they are charged. This kind of pricing inconsistency is not acceptable. Please double-check your receipt if you shop here. I won’t be coming back.
The prices on the food items displayed that we bought were not the same as those booked at the registry (there it was higher). When I pointed out the difference the cashier just blamed it on his colleague and showed no remorse. Would definitely avoid going here.
It’s illegal to not display pricing in a retail shop. This is a tourist trap
The staff is hard-working and has decent attitude towards customers. The variety of beverages and snacks has always seduced me to come to Ezymart despite its high prices. In addition, it also sells a lot of products other than edible ones.
