Do not go here to buy anything or get anything repaired. My intitial review was good, because the are friendly, but that doesn't mean anything in the long run. My bike was assembled carelessly in general by them, and the batteries did not work straight out of the shop as soon as I bought it, they jiggled them around and said they are fine. Eventually I realized it was the on/off switches on both batteries and they have loose connections. Next was repairs.
