I am so happy with my new ezriderz e-bike! Delievered to me in a few days so easy to assemble and ready to ride! The customer service was excellent too and the bike goes and looks amazing!
Absolutely phenomenal service. I was renting en e-bike and in that time had several problems. I was recommended to Eziriderz by several friends. I called and spoke with Emily. Despite the fact it was a Sunday and she was moving, she met me within a few hours. The bike is fantastic and I’m absolutely thrilled with not only the bike but the customer service!
Brought my bike about 3 months ago, best purchase ever, I rode everywhere and avoid traffic and don’t have to deal with finding a park. Love the bike itself, easy to ride and reliable. Amazing experience beyond best customer service. I don't usually write reviews but the service and advise I received from the 1st minute I set foot in the shop was more than outstanding. Marcos and Emily will do much more than just sell you a bike.
