Went here to purchase a laptop yesterday and the one I wanted was almost 100$ on the tag well it wouldn't come on so I said call me if y'all get it to come on... No one ever called hmmm so today I called and yes it was on so went to go look at it and hmmm magically the tag was torn off and hey told me it was 500$ smh. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TRY TO SWINDLE YOU FOR MORE MONEY! No customer service what so ever plus mysteriously no tag when clearly yesterday there was and someone tore it off. Now I've been going here for over a year now, and this new guy who is apparently a manager is not nice! I work two jobs now thankfully and was running a little behind.. got there at 6:45 to pick up my loan, to which he said cash only.. so I ran down the street to an ATM, and this dude seemed like I was asking for his soul! No customer service what so ever in this place and rude as hell.. Gloria is the ONLY person I will deal with from now on!
