Karina consistently goes above and beyond to assist others and cater to the needs of her customers. I have only positive feedback regarding her customer service.
I had a great experience thanks to Karina who helped me at this pawn shop. She was super professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. She was super friendly and had an amazing attitude made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Because of their excellent service, I’ll definitely be returning!
