Thalia Accused me of providing an ID card that was not mine repeatedly accusing me saying “this is not you in this picture” before believing me that it was my ID card (had a beard in my ID pic and have since shaved it). Instead of learning the facts of the situation first the “store manager” chose to accuse me of providing false ID.
