Pretty incompetent over the phone, weren’t willing to help and seemed to not want to do business with me. I have an electronic that MSRP’s at about $300 USD, totally willing to sell to them for half the price and over the phone they were just terrible. It was an older lady who didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
