You always read about the bad reviews, but never the good ones!Well, I am going to write a good review! All the staff at the Sparks, Glendale store ROCKS!!! They are friendly, give you the best rates on loans, and easy to work with. I have had a difficult month, this month and the staff have helped me out so much on my loan. Thank you Metropawn Pawn for all your help, kindness, and generosity!!
Great customer service actually gave me what i ask for I hope she at work today! The other employees didnt even want to negotiate the person that help me was a young lady in her mid 20 she had a bf from pasadena she was totally awesome!!!
everyone at the sparks location is always super friendly and helpful. would recommend going there for purchase or loans. they makw every transaction super easy.
I needed cash for some bills so I went here, the staff was wonderful. They explained everything to me because I didn't know anything about pawning anything. I had brought in two rings and they were honest and gave me back one that they could have kept, she told me they only needed the one for the loan. Both were real and if they wanted they could of just kept both instead. I would definitely recommend this place.
If you are buying, their stuff is junk. If you are selling, they offer pennies on the dollar. Staff looks, acts and smells like the meth heads they are.
Will never go back here again. Zero professinalism and the was rough with my stuff. I was insulted with a 50 dollar price to sell my new in box Nintendo 64 and 7 ultra rare games new in box. Worth at the very least 450 dollars. They don't know anything about value. I felt like they spit in my face.
Had an awesome experience with Mel/Faby at the League City store. Never had a purchase go this smooth. Thanks gals!
The guy that runs this place acts like anybody that goes in there is a criminal! I was even asked once if my merchandise was really mine! He treats u like a criminal and will under bid u right away! I took a 37' flat screen plasma brand new still had the plastic not it and would only pay 20 bucks for it but if u were to walk right in the door you can't find the same tv ( in worse condition) for close too 300! This business takes advantage of the community!
I've bought electronics at this pawn shop, all of the items I bought ended up crapping out on me within a few days time. Make sure you get the warranty on everything you buy here. But, even then they may not accept the fact that what they sold you was in fact going to need to be replaced. Bought a lawn mower from them, got it home, never even got through one cut. Had to put some money in it myself, and still didn't run right. Brought it back to them when they said they'd take it back, but failed to honor that. Very disrespec... read more
