Standing line over 10 mins while 4 employees in store just lost including store manager who said " someone will be with me shortly" um why can't you. Been getting my tvs here for over 10 years and only here. Never experienced this type of customer service. Still in line typing this as we speak and as she walks around and all other employees just standing there looking for what to do. Do better, if you see a customer help them.
This place was fantastic a lot of merchandise I saw they had only like a handful of vinyl albums I have like a hundred of them and the sales person told me that they were not accepting albums. I got a little discouraged.
If you are going to comment on people trying to sell items, at least wait til the entire group that is with that person is gone. I caught the chick commending the guy there for saying no to my boyfriend trying to sell a car amp - whom was really polite about them not being able to purchase it from him by the way, because he completely understands that if you can't test a car amp you won't want to purchase it. If you are going to talk shit at least wait until the group itself is gone.

Very Bad experience at this store. I will never come to your store again. I was treated unfairly and unjustly.
