Awful wait time and literally only 3 of us customers in the store, Haley took a call when we were standing there in front of her. She helped that customer while we'd been waiting 45 minutes. Wouldn't have been so rude if she'd treated the customer next to us the same. However that customer got helped and when the phone rang she asked them to hold so she could help a customer. Unproffesional do not recomend.. they have no idea what they are doing, manager nate not helpful with anything says one thing does another then all he can do is say hes sorry not sure how they operate this store to help customers, the opposite of that and seems like theyre angry all the time. Do not recommend. 0 stars not even 1.
These guys are extremely rude, especially the manager, who takes forever to help, the store understaffed, and they complain about everything, the products suck if half of them even work.. They make you feel like crap and then expect you to conduct business with them. Unproffesional if yiu want to be treated less than a person go here. Taking my business elsewhere.
