Haley was the perfect representative for the organization. As she purposefully gave me all the information regarding my purchase that I really needed.
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Horrible company and greedy heartless staff. I missed my extension payment by a day and they were unwilling to work with me. Why would anyone not work with a customer? They are just greedy. They don’t call or text to confirm before you loose the item. Every other pawn shop has always called before consider the item forfeited. Why don’t y’all EZ Pawn? Visiting from out of town and decided to stop in to see what we could find. We were greeted by two employees as we entered the store and I was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and the atmosphere immediately. We ended up purchasing a ring off of Priscilla. Priscilla was very knowledgeable in the jewelry department and was very patient with us. Her polite and professional demeanor went above and beyond our expectations.
