The EZ pawn on West commerce is the worst especially with the new manager Adriana was there it was so much better when she was manager but this new manager is impossible to talk to you and he didn't even look in my boots today and asked me to leave I have a lot of my stuff there and I can't wait to get it all out I will never go back there again I hate this manager he is impossible! The worst experience of thievery we have experienced with this EZPawn shop. Run the other way, these people have no conscious. My brother bought a $225 voice mixer, the receipt says that he had 24 hrs if he needed to return it, the problem is that he doesn’t speak or read English. The man that sold it to him says they told him that but that is not true! They are lying. He took it back the second day because that day he purchased it, he had to go to work.
