Scammers,Sold us a TV that don't connect to Internet they knew it wow what a way to steal people's hard earned money we done everything it will not connect my grandkids are crying if you knew why sell it !! But I guess if you want to rob people legally you have to make the sell! I don't want money back just a TV that goes to internet thanks before hand plus never answer the phone ! If you need a great deal for family don't buy TV from north 19th st. Easy pawn !

As another customer said “Becky is the Bomb.com”. I have to agree with that statement. I walked into the store that was busy and yet and still Becky was multitasking and asked if she could help me. Others should certainly take lessons from Becky in customer service. Becky is more than willing to make deals and ensure customers leave content.
