Hello everyone stopped by EZPAWN on Shaver St. Pasadena Houston TX., today to look for a bike for my future Godson. Priscilla came around to offer help. I didn't find a bike so looking around. The EZ Pawn store at 3835 South Shaver, Pasadena TX, 77504, sold me a 10K gold pendant as 14K for $594.99 and treated me badly when I asked for a refund; I had to threaten a small-claims case to get a full refund. I discovered the issue a year after the initial purchase date when checking my gold inventory with another dealer; usually the gold pieces that I buy are stamped, but the pendant was missing (or hiding) a stamp of its karat composite; additionally, EZ Pawn records will show that I NEVER buy 10K gold.
