General staff was cordial and polite, however, the business practices were less than ethical. Employee explicitly stated terms and pricing to me and when I came with cash-in-hand the manager said the employee was new and they would not honor what they said. Bait and switch. Will not be taking my business there again.
Mrs Shelley is a very sweet helpful manager I am so glad you chose her for this location to make the store a better store .
I just pawn my tv last week, and got it out of pawn Feb 12th 2026 , once I got it home and plugged it up it did not work. Someone at ez pawn must have dropped it . I don't know what to do. It was working fine when I pawned it.. I have not had the TV long like brand new
The Manager there is hands down the best. She always gets things done! Always gets me some money for my things when i'm in the spot. The construction makes it hard to get into the parking lot but hopefully they will fix that soon.
