Will bot be renting from here again. When arriving back home I realised they had charged me a net of $1,200 and did not redeposit our $400 bond. When I enquired about this they said it was due to damages and sent a picture of a smashed tail light. This damage was not caused by us which I then followed up on to ask for evidence of the security footage from airport parking, as this is the only place it could have been caused by since we checked the car before returning it whilst at the car wash. Auckland NZ This Company is top Notch. Smooth Simple check in, the guy who served us was very professional & friendly. 2 minute walk to the vehicle ( Mitsubishi Outlander) was excellent driving, great value for money, drop off was the easiest we've ever had, attendant was their in the car bay checked car over 1 minute later we were going to catch our flight. Cost was very reasonable we thought Highly Recommended this Company without a doubt ‼️💯 Thanks Ezi Car Rentals for been a part of making our holiday Fantastic
Excellent service and great cars
Very bad experience with this company. I picked up a car that already has a tyre puncture and didn't realise it on pickup. I've driven the car around 10km only to find out there's a nail on the front right tyre. Luckily, I have the photo of the tyre that shows a nail on the tyre. I contacted them and they advised to exchange the car back at the airport. After returning the car to the airport, I have driven total of 20km. I then get charged 5 litres of fuel.
