Website allows you to file your personal and business extensions quickly and easily. Occasionaly there is a glitch..you get kicked out of the site and have to log back in....But overall it works great. The only other downside that I have found is that the payment calculation page is alittle too basic. For example It doesnt give you the flexibility to reflected an overpayment on the form
I was charged twice for an Extension for an submission that was processed twice due to the website freezing. Called right away to cancel and was still billed. Both submissions have the same reference number and one was canceled. $9.99 is expensive to file something that can be filed for free. They double billed me will not refund. Customer service was useless. Would not recommend.
