Booked 2 seats, but they only reserved 1. Staff were rude and unhelpful, saying we should have booked a 5 AM van for a 10 AM flight. Van arrived an hour late at 7 AM, then another hour late at 9 AM. Because of this, we missed our flight and bus. Worst service I’ve had in the USA — unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Would not recommend. They do not even deserve 1 star
