Wes at EZE-Bikes has been fantastic! When I purchased my e-bike from him, he made sure I had the proper basket to accommodate my two dogs. He loaded the bike in my car and made sure I had the tools I needed for transport. The next year when I accidently left my battery in the shed, it died. Wes quickly replaced it without any issues. We had an amazing experience at the bike shop, especially with Margaret. She went above and beyond to make sure the Lectric XP4 was the right fit for us. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. I just have to say how thankful I am for the owners here. They are so kind, and you can tell they truly care about the people who come into their shop. That’s not something you see every day. They were incredibly patient and took the time to help my son and me. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an e- bike!!
