We had the best service at EZE-Bikes!! Margret was very friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful!!! Our hour and a half round trip was well worth the experience of personal guidance in finding the perfect bike for my husband and myself. We were going to purchase online. I am so happy we decided to take the the drive and purchase from EZE-Bikes. I highly recommend purchasing from EZE if you are looking for a e-bike!!
EZE Bikes Electric Bicycles is a terrific shop. I made the 50 minute drive from my home 2 times while trying to decide. On the first trip I test rode 4 bikes and talked at length with the helpful staff. This was a big purchase decision for me and I couldn’t make up my mind. I decided to go home and think about it. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. Wes and his employee all were so helpful informative and kind. They allowed me to test drive my bike before buying it, and diligently answered all questions. They were honest and real. great business owners - support this shop. I will be a return customer. I drove 2hrs today to the EZE Bike store for the first time to look at e-bikes I’ve never ridden one before. I was surprised of the large selection of bikes that they had. The owners were very helpful and informative. I told them what I was looking for and they gave good suggestions on different models. There is a nice subdivision behind the store to try out bikes and get a feel for the them on flat areas and hills. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for an e-bike. Definitely 5+ star rating.
Wes and his wife were great to work with! I drove out from Waterford specifically to check them out. I'm totally new to ebikes and Wes took the time to help me find the right bike for me, test drive, and decide. Now I have a bike I am totally comfortable with (huge for me as a bigger guy)! They also delivered my bike for me within hours! I can't wait to go back!
