Started out fine, but **** has become unresponsive. Has not returned phone calls to the office or his cell phone, hasnt responded to emails or text messages. The answering service is apologetic but **** does not respond. It is disgusting how someone can take your money knowing that you are trusting with an important life event and go radio silent. My case is not a complicated one. I would like a refund of what I spent as well as the court filing fees.
I need know how to get my money back. I started my process a while ago. Did the first part and did what I need to do. Then I did the last part where I had only 120 days to sign my part of paperwork and my ex. Which I did it in due time and email it back and fax the paperwork as well and havent gotten a response back. I emailed Mr. **** twice called several times and the phone number was not working. I emailed Mr. **** again nothing. I need to get my money back.
Ive used them before and it was great! Now I gave them money and no one answers phone calls or e mails. I tried calling and now the numbers are no longer in services, I will be reaching out to my credit card company but these people are just stealing money and disappeared. If I could give no stars I would very disappointed.
Mark is unresponsive once he gets your money. It took me many, many phone calls, and emails to get him to deliver on the necessary paperwork once he had my money. I do not recommend.
I am divorced, using EZ Divorce. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend them/him. They will keep checking in with you to get you to pay. Once they have your money, good luck getting the information and paperwork you need to make it happen. **** had to be constantly called and emailed in order to get what I needed. And then, when you call him on the carpet about being unresponsive, there is no apology, not even an acknowledgement of your frustration; he just moves the conversation on. This doesnt even deserve a rating Im extremely displeased and highly disappointed with the service here.. Ive paid my money with this service on their website they took my money Ive heard from no one Ive called left emails voicemails texts and no one has responded to getting assistance with my divorce at all Try calling youll see youll never get a person no one ever returns your calls theyre website takes your money and theyre gone in the wind
