On Superstition Hwy, van #6 with black, male driver, June 12th, on his phone and nearly caused several accidents. Driver switched lanes and didn’t even realize it as his phone was in front of his face and he was scrolling. Company should implement a no phone policy as to not endanger the safety of the public.
