Steve is a total professional. Does our taxes on time, is accurate, and is reasonably priced.
We have used EZ Tax since 1996 when Ralph Deluca handled our taxes. The last couple of years Steve has handled them when he took over after his dad’s passing. I love how he has streamlined the process making it easy and efficient with a client portal to upload documents. Every time I have a question, I just email or message Steve and he responds back promptly. He is also very patient with us walking us through the process and letting us know what is needed. They moved from another location. Just sharing my same review.Have used them for approx 4 years and last years return process was absolutely horrendous. Jeff Tenant, took 10 months to get our return mailed to us. Just received the print out on 2/10/22. In December we told him he didn't even have to mail it to us since we had printed it electronically ourselves. (We moved out of state). The biggest problem is that Jeff filed an extension for us on the deadline without our prior knowledge. He then said he would have them done ... read more
