Elizabeth was methodical and asked the relevant questions. I did taxes on my own before but I didn't get as much in my refund as I did with this agency. Definitely recommend! The only downside is just be prepared to be waiting longer than the scheduled appointment time. I waited over 30 minutes past my time slot time to get in but It's worth the wait.
Desafortunadamente tuve un cliente que trabajaba con Elizabeth sus taxes, y al querer ayudar a mi cliente para la compra de su casa, nos dimos cuenta que nunca lo favoreció al respecto, le hizo los taxes para que pagara muchísimo más al IRS, y aunque le pagaba al IRS esto no le sirvió y le tocó reportar mucho más este año de income.
