Can I leave a no star? My parents who are 80 bought a bike (eclipse Nova Fly) for my mother who has COPD and 3 forms of cancer and the bike won't carry here 100lb weight up even the smallest hill. It was defective from the start and they can't get a refund. The store is trying to say that there is no refunds from this store but that is ridiculous for a brand new product. It was purchased in early April. The invoice states there is a one year warranty. This is disgraceful treating older people with such disregard.
We purchased 2 bikes last year. We were so excited to use them. We used them last summer on a couple of trips and enjoyed them alot. We put them away for the winter, keeping the batteries inside. We took them to Bon Echo in June for a few days. The bikes only have approximately 67 km on them. One bike kept shutting down, we were unable to use the bike at all this year. I will have you know that I personally have dealt with Gavin, Jeet and EZ Rides. I ordered an EMMO NOK in March and waited over 6 months to receive it...I never did. They offered me a refund, but that was only because the price of the NOK went up my nearly $2,000. They sold it to me for significantly less 6 months prior, but then the price of batteries sky rocketed and they didn't want to sell me my bike anymore because they weren't making on money on the deal or they could now make significantly more! 10 Months Eb1 Go Trax snow problem yet. Soon it will be too cold to ride, but as long as I can. Ride on.
