We ended up at EZ Rental Car after a truck damaged our car and everything turned into an insurance mess. James really came through for us. He helped us navigate the back-and-forth with insurance, kept things simple, and made sure we always had a car when we needed one. He went above and beyond and honestly helped keep us stay sane through the whole process. Highly recommend—especially James.

I’ve rented from EZ Rent a Car in Fort Lee several times, from a few days to as long as three weeks. James, the manager, is always kind, professional, and very helpful. He explains everything clearly, which makes the rental process smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

After checking with so many major rental companies and finding everything fully booked for Christmas, I stumbled upon this local place by chance—and I’m so glad I did. They still had a few cars available and truly saved my family trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us with our luggage. The service was fast, personal, and honestly better than any of the other places I tried. Highly recommend!
