This place treats customers with complete contempt. They take money from my debit card without talking to the customer representative. A person named James Park has terrible customer service. I don't want to use rental place again. A company that only talks about money. Worst rental place ever. 구글리뷰가 좋길래 이용했더니 말도안하고 돈빼간다는 통보만하고 내역말해달라니까 설명도 못하고 ㅋㅋ 다신 이용하고 싶지 않은곳입니다 여기서 돈낭비 시간낭비 하지마세요. 여기 아저씨 정말 별로입니다

Excellent service, easy rental, just across the bridge with quick and often public transit service. It’s wonderful to be able to support a small business and this company was great.

Great rates and very professional and kind staff (I think it may be family owned?). They are also incredibly helpful and honest. I’d rented from them before and had such a great experience, then tried to rent for a week for a long trip (NJ to KY), which they were willing to do, but also they called me to let me know it might be cheaper to rent from a national chain for my trip since I’d get unlimited mileage, which they couldn’t offer. So for shorter/local trips, I highly recommend this place! Really impressed that they care... read more
