We have been working with Bruce for over 15 years! He is the best marketing company out there in our opinion! And we recommend his company to anybody that we come across. He has started my carpet cleaning company from scratch on Google and within less than a year we are in the top five spots on Google Maps and Google my business in the carpet cleaning section. And there is a ton of competition in our area with carpet cleaners so that was no easy task!
Numerous emails and phone calls no answer. Cannot update my website. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!
I do not recommend this company. I have been unable to update my web site for almost a year. Everything is blank each time I attempt to make changes. No one answers the phone when I try to call. E mail site for tech support does not work. I have been charged monthly for services I do not receive. The good reviews are not current. They are from the past.
WORST company. Little to no response for substandard services rendered. When we wanted to cancel our subscription they did not respond to written communication and gave lip service the one time I actually got through to a live person by pushing the sales options. Obviously they are eager for new business, but do not care about current clients. We were also charged for services they have no intention of rendering. There are much better website companies. We definitely DO NOT recommend them.
My web page just doesn't exist any more. After paying to have it redesigned 6 months ago, they seem to be out of business or something. I have no idea! Now I have to have another page built from scratch
