great people, Stays on top of things. great service
My experience was highly negative wrought with problems, confusion…and different people calling other than my contact. You have, for some reason, a corporate headquarters that answers. That idea is brain dead. But here’s the final review: The bed delivered was not assembled. Multi-items that left point A did not arrive at point B. So numerous missing items. Had small issue that the driver asked extra $$$ when I picked my car up, but it went smooth with good support from the customer care line. I satisfied on their f/u communication and overall service and cost. I will recommend this vendor to my family and I will use is again!
