Vanessa was very helpful and thorough regarding our search and selection. She gave a detailed explaination about how the warranty works as well. Great service great customer service.
I've been to other pawn shops and their rude or don't even try to help you out they just tell you their following policy or that's all they can do. This place goes above and beyond and the manager Derrick is awesome! He does what he can to help you and none of their product is busted or broken. Associates are friendly and not rude at all they all greet you as soon as they walk in and the place is so organized. I apprecieverthe dedication to awesome customer service.
Friendly staff and great customer service and really fair prices. The store manager was so helpful and polite, he personally helped us. I'm recommending this place definitely!!!
