I had no problems with getting my loan it was quick and was fast
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very rude and incompetent staff, refused to give my paperwork back, wouldn't give me my check (that hadn't been cashed yet) back without giving her my paperwork. Refused to give me copies of paperwork, agreed cashing rates were 3x higher on the paperwork than what was verbally quoted to me, didn't call to verify my check (I left after the cashier telling me she couldn't verify my check, immediately called the bank for clarification and was told nobody had tried to verify it).
