Steve was very friendly. He didn’t try to blame us that chair lift didn’t work. This has happened once. He went right to work and explained everything to us. We were very pleased with our service.
Perfect experience from first speaking with Jonathan, to meeting with Jack for evaluation, to welcoming Jay in to do the install. Each person a consummate professional and consummate gentleman. Exceeded any expectation I could have imagined. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore but they do!!
