Awesome!, professional, courteous, took time to explain the process Pleasure to have in my home
First, I interacted with Marc who is the sales manager. He is wonderful, knowlegeable, compassionate and extremely helpful. He introduced me to Jack who came to my house tha t afternoon to measure and design my chairlift units. Jack was very cordial, professional, helpful, and easy to talk with. If the chairlifts work as well as these two employees, I will be very happy!!
Jack did a good job with communicating with me on what has to be done to get my mom’s ramp built. Thanks Jack
