Hero’s don’t always wear capes. Some are gentle loving people doing good in this world. I spoke with two E-Z Mobility delivery guys about repairing a scooter that I’d inherited and wanted to donate to a person in need. They took it, repaired it, and didn’t charge me a thing! I found someone to give it to that same day! I couldn’t have done this charitable act without the kindness of these two E-Z Mobility employees.Restores my faith. PAY IT FORWARD! (And I didn’t even get their names!)
All around nice employees very very pleasant to speak with although I did have problems with my scooter renting it taking it out of town for four days. They gave me the wrong battery charger, was only able to use one day the next day the battery started to lose charge after charging 24 hours it still dead but it got resolved after calling many places at the beach and found a retail store that had a charger to match my scooter so it took another 24 hours to charge with the new charger which charged great by that time. it was ... read more

Jay did a fantastic job. He was on time and had the stairlift installed in just under three hours. He also was very thorough in his instruction on how to use the lift and its safety features.
Jay and his assistant were great during the whole process of installing the chair lift for our little church. They showed up on time, Jay was really professional and good at communicating. They were also polite, knowledgeable, great at answering all my questions and training me after the installation was completed. I really appreciated working with both of them!
