Jack was very on time( very important to my dad lol), and was very patient with both myself and my dad as we were both peppering him with questions. He was very attentive and empathetic with what we were dealing with and the questions regarding layout of the ramp, and exactly what we would need to move around in the garage so his crew could install our wheelchair ramp properly:)

I rented a scooter from this place for two months and I received a message on 9/19/25 to return their call about the rental so I called back and talked to Lenore She didn’t know what the phone call was about so she said she would note the account and have the person that left the message to call me back but she didn’t call me back.
