These past few months has been quite difficult for us finding a good property near our workplace. And we came across this property managed by EZ Homes LTD. It has good-sized bedrooms, well- fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. It is also spacious & cozy. They are also quick to respond to queries & very easy to reach. DO NOT work with this agency. We had an incredibly frustrating experience with this letting agency. Their communication was unclear and disorganised, with Chanel not having a clue what was going on and telling us we had passed referencing, only for the manager, Hussain, to later say we hadn't. His reasoning? Our references didn’t answer his call on a Sunday afternoon. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and they have no idea how to speak to people properly over the phone.
