Loved filing my taxes here!! The ladies are all so nice, they have a cute waiting area that is so welcoming with refreshments & snacks for long wait times, they even have toys/coloring books for the kiddos to keep them occupied & they help get your taxes filed ina timely manner, with no issues!! Its overall a great experience!!!!!
Filed my tax return without any problem, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about taxes and new tax laws. Will definitely be returning next tax season.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On March 11, 2025, I filed my 2024 income tax return with Ez file tax and they put the incorrect number on account number. It's now AUGUST 2, 2025 and I have yet to receive my tax refund. I constantly have to call them, and they never answer at the office due to having a rat infestation problem that I was told by Audrey.
