This company contacted my elderly Mother and through a song and dance routine convinced her to give them her debit card information to sign up for a Medicare service that apparently our entire family can use for the rest of our lives. When I called the number the operator would not even tell me what service they provide. What a horrific way to do business.
I have had a terrible experience with this company, customer service is awful and they give you no information on their services or their policies, the do not refund money when you cancel apparently their is a cancellation fee, this is not a company that I will recommend to friends or family
