Pick up the van after 30 minutes from the first call. Leave the van, drop off the key in key box when finish job. Never thought it quick and easy like this. I enjoyed the van for whole moving week, love the cassette player instead of the bluetooth things in my daily car. Sam is super supportive, he saved me with the spare key while I misplaced the original keys. This is my best car rental experience so far.
